Address Sky View's location is fantastic, with the Dubai Mall just a short walk away. The rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the city. The highlight of our stay was the unparalleled experience at the rooftop infinity pool, which surpassed our expectations. It provided a perfect setting for relaxation, with stunning city vistas that were truly unforgettable.

My wife says that more family-friendly dining options for children would make the experience even better for families.

The accessible room on the lower floor at Address Sky View was amazing! The grab rails in the extended bathroom and the roll-in shower made it so easy to navigate. The lowered bed was super comfortable, and the free WiFi was a great bonus.

I would have preferred if the kitchen in the connecting room was a bit more spacious.

This hotel is truly luxurious. From exclusive amenities to personalized and attentive service, all our needs were delightfully fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and outdoor Swimming pool were perfect for relaxation. the infinity pool on the rooftop and the sun terrace provided an exceptional view. Our room advantages were outstanding, with private facilities and a pool view.

The only minor issue we found was in the Spa lounge, where the Steam room was too hot for some guests, but that could be easily adjusted according to preference. Despite this, the overall experience was wonderful, and we would recommend this hotel for being in an excellent location and providing a great combination of comfort and elegance.

We booked a Club Lounge Room at Address and it was well worth the money. The club lounge staff and food were great, and the assistance we received throughout our stay was exceptional. They made our anniversary special with beautiful arrangements and complimentary sweets. The infinity pool was clean, refreshing, and offered amazing views. There were also plenty of restaurant options in the area. our stay exceeded expectations.

The location of the hotel is highly convenient with easy access to breakfast restaurants and a big mall on foot. The hotel is situated in the city center, within the Financial District, providing a great view of the city. The rooms are spacious with well-equipped bathrooms. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities and amenities, including a beautiful rooftop swimming pool that overlooks the city.

The hotel staff was unprofessional and unaccommodating, causing inconvenience to the guests.

Centrally-located modern and chic establishment. Room with balcony and amazing view of surrounding skyscrapers. Pool area on the top floor has a heated infinity pool. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included with room upgrade. Attentive and friendly staff.

The in-room iPad was a great addition, allowing me to control the lights and order food with ease. The bathroom was spacious and the breakfast was excellent.

The pool on the 54th floor is the coolest part about the hotel. Modern rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were very accommodating, especially for our honeymoon. Fantastic customer service. Delicious food. Kids had a blast at the kids pool area.

The infinity pool on the 54th floor puts swimmers face-to-midriff with the recording-breaking tower. Floating in that pool felt like being in a real-life postcard, with the city's skyline stretching out before me, making me feel like a part of Dubai's majestic tapestry.

I always pick this place for my weekend getaways. The first time, the staff helped me find a car service. It has everything: Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour services, pool, gym. It suits me perfectly.

The rooms were sleek and comfortable, with high-tech controls for TV, lighting, and air conditioning. The walk-in wardrobe was a nice touch. The staff in the restaurant, particularly Mr Harrison, were really nice too fix any issues and make our experience enjoyable. They were attentive and friendly, and really made a difference in our stay. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.

The pumped perfume in the hallways was not to my taste and detracted from the overall experience. The breakfast prices were quite high, and I found it to be overpriced for what was offered.

Spa with hanging basket-chairs and lavish treatment rooms, upmarket restaurants nearby, mouthwatering signature dishes, Instagram-worthy infinity pool and swing, lifts with fancy corridors, accommodation with parking.

Water crisis, struggling staff, low jacuzzi levels, poor compensation, broken promises. A big disappointment.
